WE ARE HIRING RO SERVICE ENGINEER-MALE

An RO (Reverse Osmosis) Service Engineer installs, maintains, and repairs water purification systems for domestic or industrial use. They diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, test water quality (TDS), and ensure systems provide safe, clean drinking water.

Core Responsibilities

Installation & Setup: Safely install domestic purifiers or commercial/industrial RO plants at customer sites. Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine preventive maintenance, replace defective parts (membranes, filters, pumps), and fix operational issues. Water Quality Testing: Measure Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), pH, and conductivity to ensure water output meets safety standards. Customer Service: Address client complaints, provide technical guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Admin & Reporting: Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), log service reports, and track inventory of spare parts.

Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of water chemistry, pumps, valves, and electrical control panels. Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to travel for on-site field visits.
