WE ARE HIRING FROM STORE EXECUTIVE IN SALEM

A Store Executive manages daily store operations, inventory, and staff to ensure efficiency and profitability. The role involves stock reconciliation, vendor coordination, and sales performance tracking. Responsibilities are split between Inventory Management and Retail/Team Operation.

Material Management

Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, track minimum thresholds, and prevent overstocking or stockouts. Inward/Outward Operations: Verify received goods against purchase orders and invoices (GRNs), and dispatch materials to production or sales floors. ERP/SAP Entry: Accurately update stock ledgers, inventory codes, and warehouse data in systems like SAP or Tally.

Sales & Targets: Drive strategies to meet or exceed store sales targets and KPIs. Staff Supervision: Train, schedule, and supervise store floor or warehouse staff. Customer Service: Assist customers, resolve inquiries or complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
