We are looking for an experienced and confident female Telecaller to communicate with prospective customers, handle enquiries, explain services, and generate leads through effective telephone communication.

Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries. Explain courses, products, and services. Follow up with interested customers and leads. Maintain daily calling reports and customer databases. Achieve assigned calling targets. Build positive relationships with customers. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.

Excellent verbal communication skills. Fluency in Tamil and basic English. Good convincing and negotiation abilities. Confidence in handling telephone conversations. Basic computer knowledge. Customer-handling and follow-up skills.

Female candidates only. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree. 12 years of telecalling experience required. Experience in educational institutions or customer service preferred.
